Each Oxford DRS title can be accessed as a stand-alone resource with its own URL, and each site offers a range of search and browse options. All titles are also fully cross-searchable with titles in the Oxford Reference Online: Premium Collection . This means that Premium Collection subscribers can access the Oxford DRS titles they purchase from within the highly acclaimed Oxford Reference Online interface – as well as independently. What's more, hosting of Oxford Digital Reference Shelf titles is free for Premium Collection subscribers!

Unlimited user and remote access 24/7 – for ever!

Purchasing Oxford DRS titles means that you are entitled to make the content available to your users in perpetuity. There is no restriction on the number of users that can use the titles simultaneously. Users can access the titles remotely as well as in the library, 24/7.

OpenURL compliant

As with Oxford Reference Online, bibliographic references in each Oxford DRS title are OpenURL compliant. This enables users to search for cited books and journal articles in your library catalogue and to locate the appropriate copy with speed and ease.

A range of hosting options

  • Hosting is FREE for Premium Collection subscribers.
  • For libraries that do not subscribe to the Premium Collection, hosting is available from OUP for an annual fee.
  • Libraries can also choose to self-host Oxford DRS titles, and we will deliver an XML file.
